They had to trick Sylvester Stallone into saying a line in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3 that he wasn’t happy to say.
The actor Sylvester Stallone will once again play the legendary Plunderer, Stakar Ogord, in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3, the new movie from the Marvel Cinematic Universe that will be released very soon. For this reason, those responsible for it are in full promotion and now they have revealed an anecdote from the shooting.
In a recent interview with CB, director James Gunn and Guardians frontman Chris Pratt recalled the time they tried to get Sylvester Stallone to utter the line, “I’ve got to take a shit.”
Chris Pratt: “Oh, remember, yeah, he was like: I’m not going to say that.”
James Gunn: “I said: Okay, I have to go take a shit.”
Chris Pratt: “Yes. I have to go shit. And he says: I’m not going to say that, no. That? Do I have to go shit? And you said: You just said it!”
James Gunn: “(Laughing) I just wanted Sly to say: I’m going to take a shit!”
This phrase was an improvisation by James Gunn, so it was not in the script, so we will have to wait for the movie to be released to find out if it finally reaches theaters. Since they tricked Sylvester Stallone into finally saying the words.
