From the mind of Tom McCarthy, The drama series The Alaskan Diary stars actress Hilary Swank as Eileen Fitzgerald, a talented and award-winning investigative journalist.

Eileen leaves her high-profile life in New York behind after a tragedy, to join a newspaper in Anchorage, Alaska, where she begins a journey to find redemption both personally and professionally..
Along with Swank, the cast that participates in the series includes the performances of Jeff Perry, Matt Malloy, Meredith Holzman, Grace Dove, Pablo Castelblanco, Ami Park and Craig Frank.
Composed of 11 episodes, The Alaskan Diary is executive produced by Hilary Swank, Melissa Wells, Bert Salke of co-lab21, Kyle Hopkins and Ryan Binkley of the Anchorage Daily News, and co-produced by Rae Baron. The series is a production of 20th Television.
