CHIHUAHUA – A man accused as rapist children have been brutally murdered in Mexico. The man’s body was suspended from a steel structure above the road with his penis cut off and stuffed into his mouth.
The horrific scene horrified local residents in Casas Grandes, Chihuahua, Mexico, when the body was found earlier this week.
A piece of cardboard was found stuck to her body explaining that she was killed because she was a rapist.
The message written on the cardboard read: “It is her destiny to be a rapist and may this happen to all pigs.”
According to La Voz Del Pueblo, an organization that covers organized crime activity in Mexico, the sign said the man was convicted of raping a five-year-old girl.
Citing a report by La Parada Digital, Friday (5/5/2023), the hanged body was first discovered by a group of travelers driving along the road in the early hours from Casas Grandes to the town of Colonia Juárez.
Police have yet to identify the man who was killed. All that is known at this time is that he was between 35 and 40 years old, about 5 feet 7 inches tall and had short hair.
It remains unclear who was responsible for the killing and display of the bodies, but the use of the marks could indicate that one of the Mexican drug cartels was involved.
Marks, known as “narcomantas”, are often left beside discarded bodies to explain why the person was killed. Past examples have spelled out anything from stealing to betraying a cartel.
