Mario Dandy Satriyo (20) and Shane Lukas Pangodian Lumbantoruan (19) are two suspects in the serious abuse of Cristalino David Ozora Matumahina (17) on Monday (20/2/2023). This case also involved AGH’s child (15) as a Child in Conflict with the Law (ABH).
Quoted from the Antara news agency, Shane Lukas, angodian Lumbantoruan, said that while in the Polda Metro Jaya Detention Center, he was given Rp. 1.5 million and a cell phone by an unknown person (OTK) about three weeks ago.
It was said that the unknown person claimed to be a relative or family member of Shane Lukas Pangodian Lumbantoruan to the detention officer. However, he did not want his name to be mentioned.
The officer felt suspicious and finally decided to return the item to that person.
Then Shane Lukas Pangodian Lumbantoruan also told his father about the OTK, and the two of them waited all the time that day, but never saw each other.
“After returning the Rp. 1.5 million, the cellphone was taken by someone else the next day,” explained Shane Lukas Pangodian Lumbantoruan.
Shane Lukas’ attorney, Happy Sihombing asked the client to refuse all gifts from unknown people while still in custody for the victim D’s child abuse case.
“I have told Shane that whoever comes and gives something, refuse,” said Happy Sihombing when contacted in Jakarta, Monday (29/5/2023).
Happy said that previously the South Jakarta District Attorney (Kejari Jaksel) decided Mario Dandy Satriyo (20) and Shane Lukas (19) to be detainees at the Class I State Detention Center (Rutan) Cipinang, East Jakarta for 20 days.
“We have received two suspects and have carried out a formal examination,” explained Head of South Jakarta District Attorney (Kajari) Syarief Sulaeman Nahdi when met in Jakarta, Friday (26/5/2023).
Syarief Sulaeman Nahdi said that the detention of the two had been transferred to the public prosecutor (JPU) for the next 20 days at the Cipinang Class I Detention Center.
