Selebtek.suara.com – Ferry Irawan was finally sentenced to one year in prison by a panel of judges at the Kediri City District Court for the case of domestic violence (KDRT) against Venna Melinda.
This sentence was lighter than the previous Public Prosecutor’s (JPU) demand of 1.5 years in prison.
After the verdict hearing which was held on Tuesday (23/5/2023), Ferry Irawan gave his response.
With a sarcastic tone, Ferry Irawan admitted that he was grateful for this incident. He considered this moment as God’s way of separating him from Venna Melinda.

“Today, I finally heard the trial verdict, and thank God, maybe this is God’s way of separating me from the person I have considered my life partner,” said Ferry Irawan, as quoted from the Intense Investigation YouTube account broadcast, Wednesday (24/5/2023) ).
However, until the verdict was handed down, Ferry Irawan was still adamant that he had not committed domestic violence as alleged.
“But it turns out that such a big ambition put me here for something I have never done,” he continued.
He said this case was God’s way of showing who Venna Melinda really was.
“Whatever it is, all of this is God’s will and happened with God’s permission. And I am grateful that God showed me who the person I have considered my life partner really is,” said Ferry Irawan.

According to him, only he, Venna Melinda and God know the truth of what happened in this case.
“Only Allah knows what I said and what Venna said. He could be right, I could be right. He could be lying or I was lying,” said Ferry Irawan.
“By Allah, my household problems are only him and me and Allah knows best what really happened,” he concluded.
