In addition to updates on the sales of its PC and PlayStation VR2 ports, Sony has provided figures on the number of subscribers to PlayStation Plus Extra y Premium as of March 2023. The first ten months of the new levels gained 14.1 million subscribers. Surprisingly, PlayStation Plus Premium has the highest figure at eight million with 17 percent of total PS Plus subscribers.
PlayStation Plus Extra is not far behind, with 6.1 million subscribers, comprising 13 percent of the total subscriber base. Taken together, 30 percent of PS Plus’s 47.4 million subscribers are Extra or Premium members. Not bad, considering they were first released last year in June.
Sony continues to add new titles to its catalog of PlayStation Plus Extra / Premium games. This month we saw Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart, Watch Dogs Legion, Dishonored 2, Humanity, and more added to both. Premium subscribers, meanwhile, got access to classics like Siphon Filter: Logan’s Shadow, Blade Dancer: Lineage of Light, and Pursuit Force.
