Denpasar Sound – Persija Jakarta coach, Thomas Doll will soon join the team nicknamed the Kemayoran Tigers.
Even though he left Persija Jakarta after the BRI League 1 2022/2023 ended, Thomas Doll still communicates intensely with his players.
Persija’s young player, Alfriyanto Nico Saputro said that his coach would arrive, Monday 29 May 2023.
As a player, he himself expressed his readiness to devour the training menu given by the former Borussia Dortmund coach.

“Coach Thomas Doll plans to lead training starting Monday,” said Alfriyanto Nico Saputro as quoted from the new Indonesian League (LIB) website, Sunday 28 May 2023.
Even though he wasn’t physically present yet, he continued, Thomas Doll provided an exercise menu for the players to do independently.
“I myself do not want to be careless and continue to do independent training at the gym so that later I will be ready when the coach arrives,” said Nico.
Meanwhile, Persija’s new player, Ryo Matsumura, can’t wait to have his first training with Thomas Doll.
Moreover, before joining he had communicated with Doll.
