Fracture of the talus for Pecco Bagnaia
Pecco Bagnaia announced on his social channels that he had suffered a fracture of the talus after the Le Mans accident. The knockout, according to the indications given by the Ducati rider himself, shouldn’t however compromise his participation in the Italian Grand Prix which will be held in the second weekend of June.
“When I returned from Le Mans I continued to feel pain in my right ankle – wrote Bagnaia in an Instagram story published on Sunday -. I decided to undergo more detailed examinations at the Misano medical center which revealed an incomplete fracture to the talus This won’t compromise my participation in the Italian Grand Prix at Mugello in three weeks’ time. During this break, I’ll work to get 100% at my home GP.”
