Denpasar Sound – Osaka area, Japan, has established a mosque. What is special is that the mosque is self-supporting for the Indonesian and Japanese residents there. Even more special, the first and largest mosque in Osaka was inaugurated by Vice President Ma’ruf Amin, last March 2023.
The mosque, which is named the Istiqlal Osaka Mosque (MIO), occupies a four-floor shophouse that was previously a shoe shop.
