This animated comedy follows the story of Ruby Gillman, a 16-year-old teenager who tries to fit in with her peers at Oceanside High while helping a classmate she has a crush on with math.
Ruby’s problem is that she can’t interact with the popular kids on the beach because her strict mother doesn’t allow her to go in the water. She’ll soon find out why when, when she gets wet, she turns into a kraken and finds out that she belongs to a race of warrior queens.
