Jeffrey Herlings: “I’m super happy to break the MXGP win record, the guys have such a high level. The Spanish fans were fantastic. Now I’m already focusing on France in two weeks”
Matthias Guadagnini: “It’s been a long time since my 2nd place in 2021. It took some time to get used to the bike to ride with the best in the world. I couldn’t be happier today. I knew I always felt great at this track and I knew I needed two good starts. I also tried to focus on my technique and ride smart. So, it’s a step in the right direction.”
Ruben Fernandez: “I didn’t get a good start in the first moto and wasted some energy trying to pass Seewer. In the second heat I was able to maintain a constant pace and maintain my lines. I focus on staying close to Jeffrey (Herlings) as long as possible. I am happy to get on the podium in front of the Spanish fans. Thanks to all of them”

MX2
Simon Langenfelder: “I liked this track right from the start. I think I showed everyone that I made some improvements, it took a lot but now I finally got it. I knew I could do it again after the MXGP of Great Britain in 2022. I’m so happy I proved to everyone that I was the fastest today, the training is paying off. We have done an extraordinary job, thanks to the whole team, my family and my sponsors”.
Jago Geerts: “I didn’t start well in the first heat, but I came back well. In the second race I almost took the holeshot but Simon (Längenfelder) was a bit faster than me so I didn’t take any risks and finished second. I can’t wait for the next race, I hope to continue like this”
Andrew Adam: “Today I didn’t get my best start and it wasn’t easy to overtake with the riders taking the same good lines around the track. I’m still third overall, great points for the championship, so let’s keep it up!”
