Marco Bezzecchi, background on Valentino Rossi
Marco Bezzecchi is the face of happiness after the success in the Le Mans Grand Prix which brought him back just one point behind the leader of the MotoGP World Championship, Pecco Bagnaia.
To the microphones of ‘Sky Sport’, the Mooney VR46 Racing Team rider thanked, among others, his mentor Valentino Rossi, revealing a little background: “He wrote to me, we felt like we could improve the start – said ‘Bez ‘ – I must say that it went very well”.
As promised, once the second victory is obtained, the mustache that Bezzecchi had let himself grow in the last period will go away: “I can finally cut it off, I really don’t like it – he joked -. Jokes aside, it was a splendid race, I want to thank all the guys from the team and also the engineer Dall’Igna, who had one more word for me this weekend”.
