Pecco Bagnaia and Enea Bastianini review the track
The anticipation for the MotoGP Italian Grand Prix at Mugello is rising day after day (Sprint race on Saturday 10 June, race the following day) and optimism is growing at Ducati for the physical conditions of the two standard bearers of the official team, Pecco Bagnaia and Enea Bastianini.
Both the world champion and the former Team Gresini driver have in fact seen the track right on the circuit of Scarperia and San Piero, the first after the fracture to his talus remedied in the accident with Maverick Viñales at Le Mans, the second after the ko in the shoulder suffered during the first Sprint race of the season, in Portugal, which in fact has not yet allowed him to take part in a GP this season.
As tests on the Desmosedici were not possible, both completed a few laps astride the Panigale, the bike with which Ducati competes in the Superbike World Championship. However, the objective was to evaluate the physical conditions of Bagnaia and Bastianini, the sensations of both are positive.
