In recent days, the Mercedes-AMG E-Scooter, the premium electric scooter from the German manufacturer. The question arises: would the owner of an AMG ever buy an electric scooter? On this we have our doubts and we leave the answer to you readers.
The E-Scooter was not made by AMG, but by the Swiss specialist Micro Mobility with the assistance of the sports division of Mercedes, as an evolution of the current Mercedes-Benz E-Scooter. But now let’s discover together the technical characteristics of the scooter.
The price is quite high
The scooter it is powered by a 500 watt electric motor which allows it to accelerate to a maximum speed of 20 km/h and is equipped with a 9.6 Ah battery, which should allow for some range of about 40 km.
You may be thinking nothing amazing, probably in fact it is a marketing move by the German company. However, the electric scooter incorporates some features of the AMG sporting DNA: the matte black color, the logos and the captivating design.
The cost is not exactly low. It is possible to take this electric scooter home for around 1,500 euros, it is not really that cheap.
