Did you miss shark movies to have a great time in your movie theater? Don’t worry, Jason Statham is back this year to end the wait with Megalodon 2: The Pitt, the sequel to the unexpected 2018 blockbuster.
If Megalodón already gave war, the sequel directed by Ben Wheatley wants to raise the stakes in all areas, starting with its hilarious, as well as fast-paced, trailer.

Megalodon 2: bigger, more action and more fun
As a film that doesn’t seek to take itself seriously, Megalodon 2: The Pit has left us a light trailer, to the beat of Heart’s “Barracuda”, where we see both the returning cast and the new additions to the menu. And yes, the “menu” thing goes with seconds.
In addition to Statham, Cliff Curtis, Shuya Sophia Cai y Page Kennedy they return for a new confrontation with sharks capable of turning a day at the beach into a savagery tinged with red. Among the new additions that the film will have are Skyler Samuels, Sienna Guillory, Sergio Peris-Mencheta and Wu Jing.
Megalodon and its sequel may not be the most believable movies in the world, but we’ll be damned if they’re not popcorn entertainment for a good laugh at the movie theater on a hot summer day.
