Unbeknownst to her, it turned out that a friend of hers had already contributed to a book about medicinal dishes. And when Sebile Temel from Usselo was asked by the same friend if she also wanted to participate, she was immediately enthusiastic. Her contribution: a dish according to an old Turkish family recipe.
