The Arma explains how the facts went
Based on what was explained by the Arma, the 54-year-old, during the award permit, he would have made contact with a man from Carrara who had put his Electra Glide up for sale for a value of over 23 thousand euros. He would then have taken a taxi to reach the home of the owner of the motorcycle who, evidently unaware of what would have happened, would have allowed the canonical test before the purchase. The 54-year-old German he never returned then the owner turned to the police at the Avenza station.
After various searches, the military identified the fugitive in a farmhouse near Desenzano del Garda where he was then arrested. The 54-year-old will have to answer for fraud and evasion in addition to having to serve a sentence for cumulative sentences for 3 years inflicted by the court of Terni for crimes committed in the past.
Don’t worry about the motorbike, the Harley was recovered by the carabinieri in a room of the farmhouse, and is safe and sound!
