Actress Lulu Wilson has revealed the deleted moment from the Doctor Strange movie that hit the Marvel Cinematic Universe in 2016.
During the filming of Scott Derrickson’s Doctor Strange, scenes were filmed with Donna Strange played by Lulu Wilson (Ouija: Origin of Evil, The Haunting of Hill House). But in the end, Marvel decided to eliminate this character, even so the actress has revealed to CB that she would be willing to return in a future installment.
“Yes of course! Who wouldn’t be? At the time, he was in the fifth grade and he was very, very young. It was just a couple of days on set and I’m not going to say what I did.”
“I died and that’s it because Donna Strange is dead and Doctor Strange says: My sister is dead! So I died and I remember being a little angry because, come on, that would have been a good time and it would have been good for me.”

These scenes may have given the character more depth. Even so, he is one of the best in the MCU.

In Marvel, Donna Strange was born in 1932 on the Strange family farm in Nebraska. She was the second child and only daughter of Eugene Strange and his wife Beverly. She grew up with her brothers, Stephen and Victor, on the family farm.

In 1949, when Donna was seventeen and Stephen was home on vacation for his nineteenth birthday, she invited him and three high school friends to swim in the lake. While enjoying the day, Donna suffered a sudden incapacitating cramp. Despite desperate attempts by her friends and her brother to save her, Ella Donna sank below the surface of the lake and could not be rescued in time.

This tragic event was a turning point in Stephen’s life and led him to seek answers beyond conventional medicine, ultimately leading him into the world of witchcraft and wizardry.
