Jim Ryan, head of Sony Interactive Entertainment, stated that PlayStation 5 will receive even more exclusive games and that they will continue with their staggered release plan for PC. Thus, the exclusives will remain on your console for a few years before reaching computers.

PlayStation reiterates that it will not have simultaneous releases on PS5 and PC
During an interview with Famitsu (via Wccftech), Ryan talked about the importance of exclusive games for his current strategy and for PlayStation 5. The creative promised that PlayStation Studios will deliver even more exclusives and that some of them will come to PC, but not from day 1.
The manager believes that it is important to serve the fans who gave PlayStation 5 a chance, so that their exclusives will continue to have a staggered release on PC. Ryan believes that gamers are okay with their games coming to PC 2-3 years after their console release.
“We fully understand the importance of exclusive titles for PS5. As I mentioned before, the main responsibility of PlayStation Studios is that people enjoy the gaming experience with the latest PlayStation. We are increasing the number of exclusive titles for PS5 and staggering the release of the PC version.
“I often get the chance to ask game fans for their opinion, and when I ask them about the time lag, they say that selling the PC version 2-3 years after the PlayStation version was released is well received.” said the manager.
We know that PlayStation has made some exceptions to this rule. So it appears to be on a case-by-case basis to determine which games may be coming to PC before or even after said release window. This strategy is opposed to that of Xbox and Microsoft, which have simultaneous releases on consoles and PC.
