Justice has completed the criminal investigation into possible fraud with chicken meat, in which the company Wegdam Foodlink in Haaksbergen is said to have played an important role. The company would have participated in the ‘catch-up’ of chicken meat, whereby this meat would have been changed on paper by falsifying official documents. That sometimes saved tens of percent on import duties.
