Sukabumi.suara.com – After Virgoun withdrew her divorce suit, now Inara Rusli is back to suing her husband for divorce. Inara argued that she sued Virgon to maintain child custody
Indara Rusli’s lawyer, Arjana Baskara, said that Ina Idola Rusli filed for divorce from her husband, VIrgoun Putra Teguh, who was registered with the clerk’s office on May 22, 2023.
“Today’s efforts to keep these three children at my client’s place,” Arjana Bagaskara told reporters, Tuesday (23/5/2023).
In addition to the divorce suit, Inara Rusli is also demanding the right to support the child, whose value reaches IDR 110 million per month.

“Punishment that Virgoun pays a hadhanah of IDR 50 million every month with each of them even 21 years old in cash,” added Arjana.
Arjana insists that the hadhanah must still be fulfilled, even if the conflicting party will file an appeal and cassation.
“Then punish that Virgoun pays children’s maintenance in the amount of IDR 60 million every month until they are each even 21 years old in cash,” he added again.
In addition, Virgon is also required to pay a mut’ah of IDR 10 billion in cash.
