The Argentine thriller “The Extortion”made by William Francella is now available in HBO Max The film premiered with great success a few weeks ago in the South American country and now it reaches all of Latin America through the platform.
William plays “Alejandro”, an airline pilot who finds himself immersed in extortion. A group of men have investigated him, discovering that he has an ear condition and also has a mistress, which jeopardizes his reputation and the relationship with his wife, so he will be blackmailed into being “a mule” and wearing a cargo on his trips, which will put him to the limit.

“There is an identification in terms of reputation, but I felt that there was a closeness with Alejandro, although there is a social distance.” However, he points out that they are similar in defending his rectitude in facing his profession. “I remember that the process was very valuable, a lot of work was done on the line, on the script, we talked about not having to leave a thread without ceasing to tie it. It was a very interesting process and I really enjoyed it. When I saw the film captured , I saw that it was worth the effort and everything that was worked on was a nice challenge”.
“La Extorción” is directed by Martino Zaidelis and also has the participation of the actors Pablo Rago and Andrea Frigeiro, among others. Synopsis
