Ferry Irawan’s alleged domestic violence case against Venna Melinda is still continuing. Most recently, Ferry Irawan has just undergone a follow-up trial at the Kediri District Court, East Java, on Wednesday (3/5/2023).
In today’s hearing, the Public Prosecutor (JPU) read out the charges against Ferry Irawan. The famous actor was demanded to be sentenced for 1 year and 6 months for the alleged domestic violence case.
“Today, the agenda for the trial is the reading of the public prosecutor’s charge sheet. In essence, the public prosecutor believes the elements of the indictment have been legally proven,” said Yuni Priyono.
In the video shared by Venna Melinda on Instagram, Yuni Priyono as the Public Prosecutor also revealed his demands. Because he was proven guilty before the law, Ferry Irawan was sentenced to 1.5 years in prison.

“The demands are 1 year and 6 months in prison,” continued Yuni Priyono.
The burdensome thing in the prosecutor’s demands is that Ferry Irawan has had dealings with the law. For information, Ferry was sentenced to 5 months in prison for fraud in 2005.
“What is burdensome is that the defendant has already been convicted. Then as a result of the defendant’s actions, the victim suffers physically and psychologically,” concluded Yuni Priyono.
By sharing a video containing the prosecutor’s statement regarding Ferry Irawan, Venna Melinda also asked for prayers. Venna herself is still currently Ferry’s wife, even though she is preparing to file for divorce.
“Bismillahirahmanirohim, please pray continuously (yes), thank you (thank you),” wrote Venna Melinda in the caption.
