SuaraBandungBarat.id – The trial on the case of Domestic Violence (KDRT) with the defendant Ferry Irawan has entered the agenda of demands. The trial which was held at the Kediri District Court was held on Wednesday (3/5/2023).
The public prosecutor (JPU) demanded that the defendant Ferry Irawan be sentenced to 1 year and 6 months in prison. Ferry Irawan was found guilty of committing domestic violence to his wife, Venna Melinda.
“In the general charge letter there are elements of an indictment that are deemed sufficient to legally fulfill the evidence,” said prosecutor Yuni Priono to reporters.
“So the public prosecutor demands what he has done. You know earlier, the demand is 1 year and 6 months in prison,” added Yuni

The charges against Ferry Irawan are like a big gift for Venna Melinda.
He claimed to be grateful for the process that yielded appropriate results.
This was revealed by Venna Melinda in an interview from the Intense Investigation YouTube channel (5/5/23)
“Thank God I was able to pass, I can be a person who studies,” said Venna Melinda while her voice trembled.
“For all that God has given in 2023,” he added.

During the trial for the lawsuit, Ferry Irawan had to wait because the trial was postponed for 3 hours. However, in the end the trial with the Panel of Judges chaired by Boedi Haryantho was still held.
After being prosecuted for 1.5 years, the domestic violence case trial with the defendant Ferry Irawan against his wife who is an actress and politician Venna Melinda will continue next week with a defense agenda.
In the previous trial, the defendant Ferry Irawan, who was accompanied by two legal advisers, namely Febi Fani Rahmat Gunadi and Michael Pardede, gave their defense, such as Venna Melinda’s bad character when she was depressed would commit self-harm to the point of attempting suicide.
Previously, during the indictment hearing on March 27, Ferry was charged with committing Venna domestic violence in room 511 of the Grand Surya Hotel, Kediri City, on January 8, 2023. In addition, similar acts were committed in Medan.
Domestic violence in a hotel room in Kediri City was allegedly because Venna refused to have sex with Ferry.
From this refusal Ferry then sent a YouTube link to Venna. The link contains old videos of the actress exercising before wearing the hijab.
