Not long ago, Denny Sumargo’s video showing that he memorized Al-Fatihah was again in the spotlight.
One of the videos was uploaded by the Instagram account @/inibaruislam. In the video, Denny Sumargo appears to have memorized a number of Al-Fatihah letters.
In his additional statement, the 41-year-old man said that he was very close to Islam, due to environmental factors.
This is what made Denny Sumargo able to memorize several letters of the Koran.

“I can get two letters (Al-Quran), yes, which I remember when I was little. Al-Fatihah,” he said as quoted on Monday (8/5/2023).
To prove it, Denny Sumargo then recited Al-Fatihah in front of his friends. Not only that, he also claimed to have memorized Surah Al-Iklhas.
“I still remember another letter. The letter was Al-sincere,” he said.
Suddenly the upload reaped various reactions from netizens. Not a few were amazed that they hoped that the artist would receive guidance to embrace Islam.
“Pray a lot, may God guide Densu and ci Olive, Allahumma Aamiin,” the netizen wrote.

“Masha Allah, Bang Denny, it’s cool to have memorized two letters,” said another netizen.
It is known that Denny Sumargo grew up in a family of various religions. He himself is a Christian.
While his family members adhere to Buddhist beliefs. Therefore, since childhood Denny Sumargo has implemented religious tolerance.
