Enthusiasm was felt by Ivar Jenner after receiving a call-up to the Indonesian national team to face Palestine and Argentina on FIFA Matchday, 19 June.
The naturalized player with Dutch blood can’t wait to play in front of tens of thousands of fans.
Ivar Jenner is one of the players likely to be called up by Coach Shin Tae-yong for this match. The reason is, FC Utrecht has announced that its players have been called up by the Indonesian national team.
“I can’t wait to strengthen the Indonesian national team. I know the enthusiasm of the supporters is extraordinary here,” said Ivar Jenner as quoted from the PSSI website, Saturday (27/5/2023).

“The Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium is also magnificent and the grass is nice. This will be a fun game against Argentina,” said Ivar Jenner.
Same with Ivar Jenner, Rafael Struick was no less happy. For him against Argentina would be extraordinary.
“The match that has been eagerly awaited. Moreover, this is against Argentina, the World Cup winner in Qatar as well as the world number one,” he explained.
