For the organization of Driving for Happiness, the seventh edition was one with a tear. Jeannette van den Berg, ‘trike girlfriend’ and co-organizer of the event, passed away last week. “She had been ill for some time, but in principle the death comes suddenly,” says organizer Willem Schippers. “I spoke to her a week before her death. Then she said she was just there, but unfortunately it was not allowed to be.”
