The Echos have become one of Amazon’s greatest hits in their own right. Today the company announces three new models to increase the family. It’s about the new Amazon Echo Pop, Echo Show 5 (3rd gen) and Echo Auto, the latter already presented but now coming to Spain.
These are the characteristics of the new Amazon Echo, a family of connected speakers with integrated Alexa. A voice assistant that Amazon says is in very good health, with more than 500 million Alexa-enabled devices worldwide and usage that has grown 35% in the last year.
Amazon Echo Show 5
The third generation of the Amazon Echo Show 5 maintains that small 5.5-inch screen format along with a front camera for making video calls. It is a format very focused on act as an alarm clock or table clock.
This model has a 20% faster processor than the previous generation and the sound system has been completely revamped. Now we have stronger bass and a higher volume level. Along with this improvement in sound, new microphones and the AZ2 Neural Engine processor have been added.
As usual with the latest home products, the Amazon Echo Show 5 (3rd gen) supports the Matter protocol.
Its official price is 109,99 euros and is available in anthracite, white and bluish grey.
Amazon Echo Pop
The Amazon Echo Pop is the first in its series. It’s about a new format with a semi-sphere design. We have a speaker available in lavender and teal that also includes our own AZ2 Neural Edge processor. Amazon explains that this speaker is perfect for bedrooms or for playing audiobooks. Its official price is 54,99 euros.
Amazon Echo Auto
The latest model that is put up for sale today is the new Echo Auto, which is now available to buy in Spain. With it we can interact with Alexa hands-free. It is a complement for those vehicles that do not have connectivity.
The new design is thinner and has an adhesive for easy sticking on the car. Also by the fact of being in the car are included up to five microphones to hear our voice even if there is noise on the roadwith the music on or with the air plugged in.
Through voice we can ask you to play songs, make calls, explain news, add tasks or listen to podcasts. Its official price is 69,99 euros.
