The Indonesian national team will face Argentina on the FIFA Matchday at the Bung Karno Main Stadium, Jakarta, June 19.
The trial was enthusiastically welcomed by Garuda national team midfielder Marc Klok.
The former FC Utrecht star admitted that facing Argentina with Lionel Messi and friends was a dream match for him and other players.
“It’s a pleasure to play against Argentina, the best team now. Playing against Messi and other players is a dream,” said Marc Klok quoted from Persib Bandung’s official website, Friday (26/5/2023).

Not only individually, the match against Argentina is also important for Indonesia. Because, he said, there would be many things that could be learned from the match.
“Hopefully we can learn a lot. It is important for us to be able to enjoy and be able to learn. That is important for Indonesian football,” he explained.
Not only studying, Klok also saw that this match was an opportunity for Indonesia to show its quality to the international community.
“This is a good test to show the world how the team plays, are we worthy to compete and show our level. So, this will be a good test for us and gain experience from this match,” Marc Klok said about the match between the Indonesian vs Argentina national team.
