JAKARTA – In the hands of despotic leaders, power can become arbitrary. Anyone who is deemed not of the same mind or disapproves of the ideas or ideas of a despotic leader will easily be negated.
A number of these figures seem to be very drunk with the power in their hands. So that anyone who is not behind it will be easy to eliminate. Here are 7 of the most cruel world figures in history.
1.Genghis Kahn

His real name is Temujin and he was born in 1162. In 1206, he earned the honorary name “Genghis Kahn” when he was proclaimed leader of the Mongols, reported by History.
It is estimated that around 20-40 million people or 5-10 percent of the world’s population at that time were killed because of Genghis Kahn’s attack. He and his troops exterminate the inhabitants of cities or countries that oppose him.
2.Leopold II

Leopold II was the second King of Belgium who reigned from 1865 to 1909. He “founded” the Free State of the Congo and then used the country’s inhabitants as slaves to get ivory and rubber.
As a result, millions of people are starving and the birth rate has plummeted because men and women are separated. In fact, if the workers (who are the parents) don’t get enough rubber, their children’s hands will be mutilated
