Bárbara Rey triumphed in 1976 thanks to the program ‘Palmarés’. The young woman became a super star and captured all eyes. All the men wanted to see her and be with her, although many have denied it.
The actress met the Barça players at a meal. We are at the end of the 70s and there was Carles Rexach, one of the most handsome and desired players of the moment.
Barbara met Rexach at that meal: “We started a relationship, we were several times in France, in Barcelona… we were together and I loved him very much”
The actress says that she was happy with him, but an incident changed the course of things: “It seemed that it was all my fault, because whenever something bad happens, it’s my fault,” she confesses.
This was one of the first shocks Barbara took when she found out that Rexach had a girlfriend and that she never gave him her place.
