Two-year-old Taylen Mosley has been found dead in the jaws of an alligator in Florida. A tragic “affect”? According to the police, no. The child would first have been killed by his father who shortly before would have also stabbed the partner and mother of the child, Pashun Jeffery, 20 years old.
The woman was found dead at her home in St. Petersburg last Thursday. There was no trace of the baby, however. The searches began immediately and shortly after led to the discovery of the body. Taylen’s body was in the mouth of an alligator in a lake near Dell Holmes Park: the animal was shot and killed to allow the body to be recovered. “We didn’t want to find him like this,” Police Chief Anthony Holloway told a news conference. The father will now have to answer for the double murder charge.
