The Twilight saga could be made into television, according to The Hollywood Reporter, and that it would be produced by Lionsgate Television.
The Twilight TV series was barely in development, so little is known about the development, producers, or even the new actors who will play the protagonistsBella and Edward Cullen.
According to The Hollywood Reporter’s sources, the author of the saga, Stephanie Mayer, will be part of the television adaptation. The film saga, which brought Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson to fameraised more than $3.4 billion worldwide.
The news comes just after HBO Max confirmed that it is, in turn, in the process of developing the Harry Potter universe television series, which will last for a decade, and will have approximately seven seasons, one for each book in the saga.
