Arteria Dahlan has assets in the form of land and buildings with a value of Rp. 21,000,000,000 (Rp. 21 billion). Details of land and house assets are located in three areas, namely:
1. Land and buildings with an area of 847 m2/600 m2 located in Bogor City. This asset is self-produced with a value of IDR 6,500,000,000 (IDR 6 billion).
2. Land and buildings measuring 410 m2/600 m2 located in South Jakarta City. This asset is self-generated with a value of IDR 12,000,000,000 (IDR 12 billion).

3. Land and buildings with an area of 1280 m2/270 m2 located in Tulungagung City. This asset is self-produced with a value of IDR 2,500,000,000 (IDR 2.5 billion).

Arteria Dahlan also reported his assets in the form of transportation equipment and machinery with a total value of IDR 1,082,000,000 (IDR 1 billion). The details of his assets in the form of transportation equipment and machinery are as follows:
1. Nissan X-TRAIL brand car released in 2008, where this asset is self-generated worth IDR 150 million
2. Mercedes Benz brand car released in 2010, in which this asset is self-generated worth IDR 310 million
3. Honda CRV brand car released in 2007, where this asset is self-generated worth IDR 173 million
4. Nissan Serena brand car released in 2010, where this asset is self-generated worth IDR 152.2 million
5. Honda Accord brand car released in 2008 from its own production worth IDR 225 million
6. Honda brand motorbikes released in 2011, where this asset is self-generated worth IDR 5.5 million
7. Motorcycle brand Yamaha output in 2007, where this asset is self-generated worth IDR 4 million
8. A Honda brand motorbike released in 2006, where this asset is self-generated worth IDR 3 million
9. Yamaha XMAX brand motorbikes released in 2019, where this asset is self-generated worth IDR 59 million

Arteria Dahlan’s assets in the form of cash and cash equivalents have fantastic value. The amount is IDR 1,015,194,425 (IDR 1 billion).
Arteria Dahlan also recorded a debt of IDR 4,546,352,764 (IDR 4.5 billion). This means that Arteria Dahlan’s total assets are IDR 19,235,841,661 or IDR 19.23 billion.
