To verify this, take a look at the portals specialized in remote employment. Here is a selection of recent offers that stand out for their remuneration. Also others in face-to-face mode published in forums such as LinkedIn or Infojobs.
Full Stack Engineer
The American company Avante IO, which offers mobile and web application services or augmented reality, among others, is looking for Django Full-Stack engineers with experience to work remotely. In addition to detailing the different programming languages and skills that applicants must master, the company stresses that it wants professionals “enthusiastic to work on challenging problems and who feel comfortable with technical problems.”
In terms of requirements, Avante IO demands domain, among other resources, of Django, Python, ReactJS, Typescript, JavaScript, Redux or PostgreSQL and several years of experience in Full Stack engineering and as Lead Engineer, in addition to the use of the Essential resources to perform the job. Hours are flexible and work from home Monday through Friday. Regarding remuneration, in his offer he details that salaries range between 90,000 and 110,000 dollars per year.
Artificial Intelligence Engineer
Sticker Mule, which highlights on its website the extension of its software team, with a presence in almost twenty countries, including Spain, is looking for a remote AI engineer. What does he ask for? An “excellent” command of English and knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, and Computer Vision, a field of AI and computer science that trains teams to basically “see” and understand the content of digital images or videos. The objective: obtain relevant information.

Another company hunting for remote talent is Magebit, a provider of e-commerce solutions, as well as services such as web design or digital marketing, based in Riga. You are looking for a mid-level or senior developer with programming experience who can serve clients located in time zones other than Europe. Software engineer
An experienced software engineer willing to telecommute is what Santa Monica, California-based Loan Create wants to achieve. “We are looking for senior software engineers to help lead our team to promote the future of home buying in the US,” details the firm, which advances that one of the challenges that the chosen one must assume is the launch of the second version of its platform or integration with external loan service API providers. Senior UI UX Developer
And wide is the range of salaries offered by DartConnect, which needs a senior remote UI (User Interface) and UX (User experience) developer. “We are looking for an experienced front-end designer/developer (independent contractor) to design intuitive user-focused products and experiences to push our product to the next level,” he explains.
The company requires, among other qualifications, experience with HTML5 and CSS3, proficiency in JavaScript, understanding of the Vue.js framework. The search is focused on Europe and during the selection process, in addition to the curriculum and portfolio or the final technical interview, it will be necessary to provide a paid project that the firm can use. The salary: between 20,000 and 100,000 dollars a year.
Renewable energy engineers
The renewable energy sector also offers some interesting employment options in Spain. LinkedIn or InfoJobs leave a good example. Not long ago, the last one included a vacancy for an engineer in facilities-works manager at Safeguard Global ETT. The company offers two positions for experienced professionals. If you are looking for options in Spain, the InfoJobs platform recently published an offer from Oxigent Technologies for a remote software architect position, which requires a minimum of four years of experience in leading development projects and knowledge of Java, Springboot, APIs, AWS or Kubernetes, among other resources. It also asks for experience creating pipelines.
What do they offer in return? An indefinite contract, full-time one hundred percent remotely. The employee should only come to the office in person once a month or every two months. The gross annual salary ranges between 48,000 and 52,000 euros, although the company specifies that it will be in accordance with the applicant’s experience.
Developer with no experience required
Another option, especially for those professionals who are starting in the sector and still do not have a bulky resume. Doubly offers in InjoJobs two vacancies for software developer in Alcoy, with a full-time permanent contract and hybrid work modality. The salary: from 20,000 to 39,000 euros gross per year. To apply, certain technical knowledge is essential and the company appreciates that the candidate is used to, for example, JSON/XML markup languages, but clarifies that no minimum experience is required.
