The Elder Scrolls Online will soon receive the new expansion Necromwhich will introduce a new class within the MMORPG, l’Arcanist. In the new trailer we can see the Arcanist in action and see how he harnesses the power of the energies of Eldritch which come from Apocrypha. In addition, the introductory quest that acts as a prologue to Necrom has been made available.
The new class introduced in Necrom will be very versatile and will draw power from Apocrypha itself. The player will have to master the three new skill lines with the Arcanist, each focused on different aspects of gameplay. In fact, each of these skill lines will favor a gameplay devoted to DPS, the Tank or the role of Healer. The Arcanist will cut down his enemies with rays of supernatural lightor protect yourself using twisted tentacles evoking him healing shards from Oblivion to heal itself and its allies. Manipulating arcane energies can further amplify forbidden abilities, but great care must be taken, as there is a price to pay when invoking the unknown.
The Necrom prologue mission is now available free for all players. In this mission we will have to pass the test of Hermaeus Mora and begin the adventure in Shadow Over Morrowind. To get the quest, you’ll need to go to the in-game Crown Store and pick up the free starter quest titled “Eye of Fate“. During this new mission, we will join forces with Leramil the Wise, Hermaeus Mora’s emissary, to determine our worth to the Daedric Prince. However, this simple process quickly turns into a conspiracy that will make us question which of Mora’s enigmatic cults you can trust. By completing the prologue of the Necrom we will get the glyphic memory of unstable emerald as a bonus reward.
The Elder Scrolls Online: Necrom will be available on June 5th. In the meantime, we leave you with the review of the Scribes of Fate DLC.
