The relationship between Riot Games and the communities of its VALORANT and League of Legends games is generally one of love and hate. This is because despite the fact that fans love these titles, the company sometimes makes decisions that are not well received by players, who show their discontent on, for example, social networks like Twitter.
The latest measure that has caused controversy is the recent announcement that LATAM users will be able to acquire Riot Points or VALORANT Points through a monthly payment system. This implies that fans will be able to pay in-game currency in installments, with payments ranging from 3 to 12 fixed monthly installments. With this new option, players will be able to get as many coins as they want and pay them in installments instead of all at once.

Something that has generated several responses of annoyance among the community, who mainly claim that the measure in the future will end up weighing them down, also indicating that applying this type of payment in installments is due to the fact that their currency has become so expensive that not all they can afford it.
And on the other hand, of course there have been no shortage of memes from those who make fun of the implementation, which have also been delivered by responding to the official LoL publication on Twitter.
Claims and mockery that apparently will be of no use since the measure will surely remain officially active, which will also undoubtedly be used by several players who wish to pay their precious RP or VP in installments, within LoL or Valorant.
