Response of the province of Overijssel to the government’s ‘nitrogen break’: “The government must create frameworks”

Like other provinces in the Netherlands, Overijssel says it is hand and foot bound in the nitrogen dossier. Provincial administrators respond to the ‘pause’ that the cabinet has taken on this issue with the message: “It is up to the provinces.”
