NTB.Suara.com – Head of the High Prosecutor’s Office (Kajati) NTB Nanang Ibrahim Soleh, SH., MH accompanied by the Wakajati NTB Abd. Qohar, SH., MH, Aspidsus Ely Rahmawati, SH., MH, Coordinator for Special Crimes Dr. Nurul Hisyam, SH., MH and Head of Legal Information Section Efrien Saputera, SH., MH, are ready to face the pretrial filed by the suspect in iron sand mining corruption in East Lombok.
This determination was expressed by Attorney Nanang Ibrahim Soleh, Thursday 6 April 2023 at around 11.20 WITA in the media center room of the NTB High Prosecutor’s Office.
“Please submit a pre-trial for determining his status as a corruption suspect, what is clear is that investigators already have and have pocketed enough evidence to convict these corruption suspects,” he explained to the media crew.
Special criminal investigators have carried out professional and proportional investigations in accordance with applicable regulations.
