The Milan manager before the Champions League match against Napoli: “Today, however, is not the right topic. The atmosphere at San Siro is magical”
“Leao’s renewal? Confidence is growing, but today it’s not the right topic”. These are the words used by the technical director of Milan, Paolo Maldini, a few minutes before the kick-off of the Champions League quarter-final first leg against Napoli.
Speaking to Infinity, the Rossoneri manager explained: “Today the atmosphere is magical, it hasn’t been there for a few years and we’re happy. We’re proud of our journey and hopeful that we can go on to give even more dreams. Dreams do part of AC Milan’s technical and moral baggage, we have a young team that hasn’t yet expressed all their technical baggage. Spalletti? I don’t want to comment, for my tastes there has been too much talk about it.”
