The distribution is almost totally visible: central camshaft, springs and rocker arms. The crankshaft, on the other hand, is naturally the crankcase. The bore is 86 millimeters and the piston stroke is 95 millimeters, for a unit displacement of 550 cc. The two-speed gearbox is integrated into the rear wheel hub. There are also two foot brakes. The front wheel is not braked. The maximum speed is 120 km/h.
The steel tube frame, designed and built by Malanik, is welded with brass and it does not have rear shock absorbers. There are only springs under the solo seat. The front wheel, on the other hand, has a suspension with a spring travel of around 20 millimeters. The 3×26″ tires are made to measure and must be inflated to 5 bar. They are combined with spoked steel rims (40 per wheel). The wheelbase is 1,720 mm, the overall length of the bike is 2.4 m and the weight is 260 kg.
In the rear part of the long and narrow tank there is space for 6 liters of special low-octane fuel, suited to the compression ratio of 3:1. With a consumption of around 8 liters per 100 kilometres, a full tank guarantees a range of around 80 kilometres. In the front part of the tank there is oil (the capacity is about 2 litres), which is sprayed onto the parts to be lubricated (about 90) by means of two hand pumps. There is a small starter motor. The fuel-air mixture must be meticulously adjusted through several levers on the central carburettor. Luckily, it only takes at least one cylinder to fire for the other seven to work.
