We are going to explain to you how to enter your draft of the Income statement 2022which is the one that we have to present in this 2023. Because from today, April 11 until June 30, 2023, the Income campaign begins, and with the draft you will already be able to file your tax return online through the website of the Tax Agency.
As we already mentioned in our 2022 Income calendar, the online declaration is only the first of the three methods available to you. If you are not convinced by the method that we will tell you today, from May 5 you can do it by phone, and from June 1 the possibility of doing it in person opens.
Before starting, I remind you of what you need previously to make the declaration. You will need to identify yourself on the Treasury website, something for which you can use your digital certificate or one of the Cl@ve system methods. It is also convenient that you have reviewed your tax data, since this way you will be able to know if it is to be expected that there is an error in any data in the draft.
How to access your online Income draft
To access your draft of the 2022 Income Statement through the Internet, you have to enter the website of the Income campaign, whose address is www.agenciatributaria.es/AEAT.internet/Renta.shtml. Once inside, you have to click on Draft / declaration processing service (Renta WEB)which is the option that will appear at the top of the Featured Management.
This will take you to the page where you have to identify yourself with one of the available methods. You can do it through certain data from your DNI, or go faster with your digital certificate, including the FNMT certificate and the DNIe.
Once you have logged in with the method you have chosen, you will go to an intermediate step in which you must choose if you want to act on your own behalf or as a representative of the person. Here, if you are going to make your statement, choose the option to act on your own behalf.
You will enter the 2022 Income Services screen, where you have several options available within this campaign. in here, click on the option Draft/Declaration (WEB Income) to access your draft online. It is possible that before reaching this screen you have to take an intermediate step such as ratifying your fiscal address.
Before accessing the draft itself, you will enter a first screen called Identification Data. In it, you have to write your data and those of your spouse or children in case you have them. If you have added a spouse, you will be asked for a reference number in a window where you also have the link to obtain it.
You will then go through the additional data page. Here you can simply you can incorporate your economic activities such as salaries and mortgage loans for the habitual residence deduction. The data registered by the Tax Agency will appear, and after choosing which to incorporate and which not, click on the Accept button to continue. Each one that you are going to incorporate will ask you for data such as dates, and you must be patient to put everything right.
And finally you’ll get to your statement, where You will now be able to know if it comes out to pay and returnand you will see a summary with the main returns and income that appear on your statement. You can click on each data field to make changesAlthough before going crazy, I recommend that you have a declaration simulator to do your tests there.
Here you should know that if you have added a spouse you will see multiple statements, since you will be able to see the joint, yours, that of the spouse, and you will be able to decide if you want to do it jointly or separately depending on how everything turns out. In either case, when you think the draft is correct, you can click on the Submit the return button.
