The weak perturbation that touched Northern Italy yesterday moved away on the Balkan Peninsula followed by a lively flow of westerly currents, not very humid, which manifests itself with Foehn winds in the western Alps, Mistral winds in Sardinia and on the Tyrrhenian Sea. A unstable air core present in the north of the country could trigger the development of some storm afternoon or evening on the Northeast.
Sunday colder air from Northern Europe it will point towards the western Mediterranean where it will favor the formation of a low pressure circulation. Time will become more unstable especially on the major islands, in Emilia and in the Centre, while the climate will become cooler, especially in the South and Islands. On Monday, the center of the low pressure circulation should move to the South, causing a rainy phase and a general reinforcement of the northern winds throughout the country.
The forecast for the next few hours

Serene or partly cloudy skies in the rest of Italy. In the afternoon mostly sunny weather in most regions, with a tendency to increase cloudiness in Sicily.
