The new children’s center in Olst, which is being built near the Averbergen, was originally supposed to cost 10.1 million euros. That counter has now risen to 16.8 million euros. The building in Wijhe, which will be located on the SPOC park, is 4.8 million euros more expensive due to high inflation, increased construction costs and higher interest rates: from 10.4 to 15.2 million euros.
