A portion of the game was shown today Final Fantasy XVI: conquering the frame of the State of Playthe new action RPG game from Square Enix, arriving on June 22, 2023, showed off in its 20 minutes.

Always talking about combat system, there will be options to dodge attacks or use auto-dodge. Finally, a mode called Story Focus Mode will allow you to immerse yourself in the narrative part of the game, without worrying too much about the action.
Many characters will accompany Clive in his adventure, many of which will allow you to have many dialogues that will propose a growth of the character on the screen. Some of these will even fight alongside the hero, managed by one IA. Another companion will be the wolf, who can instead receive direct commands.
Instead, merchants and activities will be managed by these hubs called Hides, which will allow you to buy, sell and upgrade weapons (and more). There is also a training area, which will allow you to manage all the variables to test your own skill.
Finally, the battles with and between the Eikon: these beings will be able to collide with each other in heart-pounding action phases, with dedicated gameplay and challenges that will be linked to the types of Eikon on the field. There will be QTE capable of launching the adrenaline to the stars, as well as breathtaking scenes.
Final Fantasy XVI reimagine iconic summons from the series like Eikon. These lethal creatures inhabit the Dominants, men and women who inherited their immense power at birth, whether willingly or not.
