The third and last day of competition in the land of flowers, saw the riders tackle the same lap as yesterday; a ring of three special stages organized by the Moto Club Sanremo among the beautiful landscapes of his Liguria. The race report does not give any particular classification surprises, in fact, the names of the main top riders on the summit are the same as yesterday, click here for the results. On the top step of the podium, with a time of 1.05″23′, we still find Brad Freeman riding his Beta RR 300; in doing so, the Englishman takes home two first places of the day, a brace that hasn’t happened since 2021. Second overall our Andrea Verona, which, driven by the many enthusiasts present, wins four of the twelve specials scheduled. The World Champion closes with a 16″ gap from the leader. Bronze Medal for fellow Beta Ensign Steve Holcombe; strong start to try to contain the agonistic fury of his teammate has demonstrated that he recovered from the surgery and that he too is fighting for the World Championship. Battle from which, until now, seems to be excluding Wil Ruprech. The World Champion and new Sherco driver struggles again today finishing twenty-seventh over 5′ from English. A completely different day than yesterday’s Nathan “Natalino” Watson, after the unfortunate break of the chain, today brings home an excellent sixth place. Con Zachary pichon and his Sherco in slight difficulty, only fourth in the category and eleventh overall, Josep Garcia returns to victory in the class which consecrated him World Champion in 2017. Enduro 1 which sees a magnificent Thomas Oldrati in second place. In the junior class (1 e 2) Jed Etchells can’t repeat yesterday’s victoryleaving the top step of the podium by only 5″ a Jeremy Sydow. Third the Swede Max Ahlin.
