The savage act was carried out by a biological father named Masrudin Laode (39) from Bitung City, North Sulawesi (North Sulawesi). With all his heart he poured rat brand liquor (alcohol) into his 18 month old baby.
The abuse was carried out by Masrudin on Sunday (9/4/2023) at 16.00 at his rented house.
The perpetrator committed violence against the victim by thrusting a glass of rat brand liquor into his mouth while forcing him to drink it.
The perpetrator’s motive for doing this was because he was annoyed because his child kept crying and looking for his mother. At that time the victim’s mother was at a neighbor’s house after an argument with the perpetrator.

Apart from feeding the child illegal rat-marked liquor, the perpetrator also forced him to smoke a cigarette.
The action was even recorded by the perpetrator and then uploaded to his wife’s Facebook account.
After the video on Facebook went viral, the local police immediately conducted an investigation and arrested the perpetrator at his rented house on the day of the incident, around 19.00 WITA.
When arrested, the perpetrator did not put up a fight. The perpetrator was then taken to the Bitung Police Headquarters for examination and for his actions, will be processed according to applicable law.
