Ingredients:
1 kg Chicken (cut to taste)
500 ml of thin coconut milk
500 ml thick coconut milk

500 ml Water
Frying oil for frying
Enough fried onions
A rhombus
Ground spices:
7 shallots
5 Cloves of garlic
2 knuckles Turmeric
¼ nutmeg
5 grains of Candlenut
1 teaspoon Coriander
Complementary Materials:
3 bay leaves
3 pieces of lime leaves
2 stalks of Lemongrass
2 knuckles Galangal
Complementary Seasoning:
Brown sugar to taste
Salt to taste

How to make:
1. Prepare the chicken pieces, then wash them clean.
2. Sauté the ground spices until half cooked, add the complementary ingredients, then stir-fry until cooked.
