Wanted for mafia association and attempted extortion, but at the same time captain, striker and manager of a Belgian team
The fugitive kept the captain’s armband close to his arm and before the games – deployed in midfield, hopping to stretch his muscles – he waved to the few fans in the stands and who knows, probably gave a furtive glance to see if there was some suspicious faces. The fugitive was wanted in half of Europe, but he knew how to play with the ball. He was capable of decidedly spectacular goals, which he boasted about at the end of the game, when he and his teammates met for a drink in one of the clubs in the place where he lived.
