Only 2,100 units of the new BMW R 1250 GS Ultimate Edition will be produced worldwide, the top version of the prestigious adventure bike from the Munich manufacturer. It is made starting from the R 1250 GS Triple Black, the one with the all-black livery, and celebrates the “Spirit of GS” with extra-luxury equipment consisting of various accessory packages that are standard.
Standard accessory packages
Beauty packages Shadow I e II they include components machined from solid and finished with exclusive surface treatments.
The package Dynamic includes electronic suspension adjustment Dynamic ESA (Electronic Suspension Adjustment), PRO riding modes and electro-assisted shifting.
The package Touring is dedicated to those who love long distances: Cruise Control, predisposition for the navigator, hand guards and bag supports.
In the package Comfort including Keyless Ride, heated grips and chrome exhaust system.
Finally the package Luci which guarantees optimal visibility both active and passive.
In this Ultimate Edition version of the R 1250 GS various accessories are also standard: tinted windscreen, black engine protection bars, black rims with shiny crossed spokes suitable for off-road use, additional LED headlights and dedicated badges. On request, it is possible to have bag supports for suitcases of various models or in aluminium, not included in the standard equipment.
Salty price, but you save
She is a queen and the price is worthy of a queen: 26,900 euros turnkey, which includes registration costs, pre-delivery, first service, four-year BMW Motorrad BEST4 warranty and five-year Mobile Care roadside assistance. Compared to the amount that would result from requesting all the Ultimate equipment starting from a basic GS, there is a saving of 2000 euros.
